
BLOG's will be back to twice per week beginning this Friday and going forward. I'll be redoing my 'annual' HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) suggestions for the coming (2016) HEDIS 'season' along with some writings again on Ethics and Communication. Much of my studying over the past few months stressed Ethics in the workplace (and as my followers are aware, I've been confronted with some real challenges with employers, ministers and ethics) and Communication (there can never be enough transparency).
I'll also be doing my VLOG's soon....I've talked about it for awhile but once I began studying for the GPHR, I put a number of things on hold. The first I want to do is Performance Appraisals and the importance they hold in many areas of human capital retention. I also want to do some VLOG's on the Due Diligence necessary with a Merger and Acquisition.
Another thing that I have learned is the importance of a good Human Resources partner, whether as an employee (depending on the type of business or the number of employees) or a consultant.
